Porcelain Veneers, Implants
What is covered?
Breaking, Chipping or Wear of Crown, Veneer, Bridge, Inlay/Onlay Recementing Crown, Veneer, Bridge, Inlay/Onlay
We will replace or repair the Crown, Veneer, Bridge, Inlay/Onlay at no extra cost to you. If you have private health insurance we will only charge the health fund. If we cannot replace or repair the Crown, Veneer, Bridge, Inlay/Onlay we may choose to refund your out of pocket expense for the treatment
* Patients must maintain 6 monthly examination appointments to maintain warranty conditions
Implant - Breaking , Chipping or Wear of Implant Crown
- Recementing or re-screwing implant crown
- Failure of implant to integrate with bone
- Fracture of implant or abutment
We will replace or repair the implant or implant crown at no extra cost to you. If you have private health insurance we will only charge the health fund. If we cannot replace or repair the implant or implant crown we may choose to refund your out of pocket expense for the treatment
