What Happens at an Initial Dental Consultation with Dental House?
Hi, Dr Fong here. I’m the principal dentist here at Dental House Group. Yesterday, one of my long term patients Jessie from Bacchus Marsh asked me, “Wow, you guys are growing so fast. What’s your secret formula?” I told her, “There’s really no secret formula. The reason why you always come back, and our patients refer all their family and friends to us, is because of the way we treat our clients.” We treat you as our own.
Let me show you what happens when you become part of our family and come in for your initial comprehensive examination.
Then you’ll be introduced to your dentist for the rest of the consultation. The aim is to give you a good overview of what your teeth are like, and what are some of the issues you have now, or some of the potential issues that you may face moving forward.
Sometimes if you have a lot of questions or if we run out of time, or we need to discuss your treatment further, the dentist will organize a complimentary follow-up consultation so we don’t rush through the session and we can go through things properly.
All the dentists and therapists here at Dental House are specifically trained to be extra gentle and compassionate.
If you like what you hear, and you and your family are looking for a new home to look after all your dental needs, we would love to look after you.
Simply give us a call, send us a DM or fill in the enquiry form on our website, and we will be in touch to organise a time with you.
